National Association of County Veterans Service Officers Legislator of the Year Award
2011
The award is presented to legislators “who tirelessly defend and fight for veterans’ interests.” Webb was honored with this award in 2011. The NACVSO is comprised of county government employees from 32 states, with members representing over 1,400 counties. NACVSO works collaboratively with the Department of Veterans Affairs and other nationally chartered veterans organizations to ensure that veterans and their dependents across the country receive the benefits they have earned.
